His dedication to this high level of service has also worked well in real estate as clients appreciate the personal attention and communication that he provides throughout the buying and selling process. In fact, Dale has earned the coveted CLHMS® designation as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist due to his proven experience in assisting both home buyers and sellers with high-end residential properties.
As a life member of the PGA and REALTOR®, one of Dale’s areas of expertise is in golf community homes throughout the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. Dale often says “Every golf club is different and I help buyers find the one that best fits their desired lifestyle. If you buy a home with a kitchen you don’t like, you can always change the kitchen but if you buy a home near a golf course or club that doesn’t fit your needs, you can’t change the golf club.” This knowledge is also extremely helpful in selling homes too because Dale has a large database of people looking for golf course homes as well as golf industry contacts that help him find buyers for both private golf community homes and homes near daily fee courses.
His deep knowledge of residential real estate started long ago as he was involved in the team that developed/operated StoneRidge Golf Course in Prescott Valley from raw land to continuing operations and also assisted in opening/purchasing other golf properties including the former Sanctuary Golf Course (now McDowell Mountain Golf Club) as well as SunRidge Canyon Golf Club among others. Responsibilities included marketing these properties diligently and creatively throughout the process providing them with a strong foundation from which to have long-term success.
His 30 years within golf included just 3 employers due to his loyalty and character with an exceptional work ethic. His most recent golf position was as General Manager for Rancho Mañana in Cave Creek for 15 years with responsibilities that included managing and/or leasing more than 40,000 square feet of commercial space.
These years of experience have provided Dale with the knowledge necessary to properly market Arizona homes for sellers to generate the highest possible price. Dale and Michelle have two adult sons. Logan is a recent graduate of Northern Arizona University and Griffin is currently a sophomore at NAU.
